Description:

A molded earthenware covered tureen printed in blue with a pattern named Maiden Hair Fern.  Gilding was added to the handles, finial and to the molded bamboo leaf pattern extending from the handles and finial.  The registration date printed with the mark is July 28, 1881. The pattern was used for dinner sets and can also be found on children's wares.
