This hybrid-hard-paste porcelain teapot was made at the Liverpool factory of Wolfe, Mason & Lucock.  It is printed with the Dagger Border Pagoda Pattern, one of a range popular printed chinoserie patterns produced by the factory.  However, a number of variations of this pattern occur and not all of these may originate from Wolfe's Liverpool factory.  Shards matching the version shown here were recovered from the factory...

This hybrid-hard-paste porcelain teapot was made at the Liverpool factory of Wolfe, Mason & Lucock.  It is printed with the Dagger Border Pagoda Pattern, one of a range popular printed chinoserie patterns produced by the factory.  However, a number of variations of this pattern occur and not all of these may originate from Wolfe's Liverpool factory.  Shards matching the version shown here were recovered from the factory site in Islington, Liverpool.  A knop matching that on this teapot was also recovered.
