The source print, Otter, is from A Cabinet Of Quadrupeds by John Church, 1805.  The artist is Julius Caesar Ibbetson (1759-1817) and the engraver is James Tookey (1795-1805).

Description:

An earthenware plate printed in blue with the Otter pattern.  The animals in the border cartouches are clockwise from the top: Hedge Hog & Common Mole, Rabbit, Seal, and Civet Cat & Genet.  All of the animals, including the Otter, are from A Cabinet of Quadrupeds by John Church, 1805.
