Description:

This 8 inch under tray shows what is now determined to be Bear Forest in Cork, Ireland.  This is listed as No. 9  in the series in David and Linda Arman's 1974 book, Historical Staffordshire, an Illustrated Checklist. It appears on plates, soup plates, a cup plate, a mug, and on this gravy tureen under tray.  The central pattern on this example is taken
