This earthenware wash bowl is No. 12 in the Arman's numbering system. 13 of the original 15 states' names are used in the design on this bowl.  All 15 names generally appear on large pieces, such as platters. The second image, seen below, shows the outside of the bowl.  This bowl would usually have a pitcher as its mate, on which a different view
